Kendall hand crafts each call the way the Cajuns made their own duck calls as for back as 1910. Keeping with the Cajun tradition, the housing of the duck call is made from Bamboo cane. The call is then turned over to Mervis for completion. He shapes the reeds and cedar troughs to make up the sound unit. Each call is tested and tuned to the Cajun style of calling before they leave the shop. Bamboo Cane calls are double reed and can be personalized upon request.
